Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take? ▼
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Custom-made pieces take 10–14 business days (or 5–7 with rush processing). Delivery is available across all states in Nigeria.
How do I track my order? ▼
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
What if my order arrives damaged? ▼
We're so sorry if this happens. Please take photos of the damage and contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at support@pheran.ng or on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Is there free delivery? ▼
Yes! Orders over ₦100,000 qualify for free standard delivery. Express delivery is always ₦3,500 regardless of order value.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? ▼
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for ready-to-wear items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Simply initiate your return through your account or contact our team.
Can I return a custom-made piece? ▼
Custom-made pieces are made specifically to your measurements and specifications, so we cannot offer returns unless there is a quality issue on our part. If you receive a garment that doesn't match your specifications, we will remake it at no charge.
How do I start a return? ▼
Go to your Orders page and select the order you'd like to return. Click "Request Return" and follow the steps. You'll receive a return label within 24 hours. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
How long do refunds take? ▼
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 additional business days depending on your bank.
Sizing Guide
How do PHERAN sizes run? ▼
PHERAN sizing is true to standard UK/European sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted silhouette.
How do I measure myself? ▼
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure your bust at its fullest point, your waist at the narrowest point (usually 2 inches above your belly button), and your hips at their widest point. For custom pieces, we also need your shoulder width and desired garment length.
Size chart (cm/inch):
XS — Bust 79–84cm (31–33"), Waist 61–66cm (24–26"), Hip 86–91cm (34–36")
S — Bust 84–89cm (33–35"), Waist 66–71cm (26–28"), Hip 91–97cm (36–38")
M — Bust 89–94cm (35–37"), Waist 71–76cm (28–30"), Hip 97–102cm (38–40")
L — Bust 94–99cm (37–39"), Waist 76–81cm (30–32"), Hip 102–107cm (40–42")
XL — Bust 99–104cm (39–41"), Waist 81–86cm (32–34"), Hip 107–112cm (42–44")
Custom-Made Service
How does the custom-made process work? ▼
You configure your piece (garment type, fabric, style details, measurements) using our Custom Designer. After placing your order, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm all details. Your piece is then handcrafted and delivered within 10–14 business days.
Can I see fabric samples before ordering? ▼
Yes! We can send fabric swatches to your address for a small fee of ₦1,500 (refunded if you proceed with a custom order). Contact us to request swatches for any fabric shown in our configurator.
What if the custom piece doesn't fit? ▼
We include one free alteration consultation with every custom piece. If the fit isn't right due to an error on our part, we'll fix it at no charge. For measurement errors on your end, we offer alterations at a nominal fee.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, Paystack, and Flutterwave. All card payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is it safe to pay on PHERAN? ▼
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS. We partner with Paystack and Flutterwave — two of Nigeria's most trusted payment processors.
Do you offer instalment payments? ▼
We offer payment in two instalments for orders above ₦50,000. Pay 50% upfront and the remainder before delivery. Contact our team to set this up for your order.
